Paper

Photographs are printed on e-surface paper designed for long term durability. This paper boasts very accurate color, realistic saturation, excellent neutral flesh reproduction, great intensity and offers brighter blues, cyans, purples, and reds. Thermal film applied to the print surface in a matte finish and can be hung without glass if done so out of direct sunlight.

Shipping

The shipping cost is a flat rate of $6. Overnight 1 business day shipping is available via Fedex Overnight for $10 for print sizes up to 24x36. Not bad, right?

Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. If you'd like to ship outside the US, please contact andrea@andreacapanococo.com with your desired order and we will send over an estimated shipping cost.

All orders will ship via FedEx Ground for commercial addresses or FedEx Home Delivery for residential addresses. All orders addressed to P.O. Boxes will be sent via USPS.

Superb Quality Assurance

Your order is carefully inspected and carefully shipped with utmost attention to detail directly from our dedicated print partner of 11 years, Millers’ Professional Imaging, on behalf of our studio. Your order will be shipped directly from our printing partner. You may notice original order and quality assurance forms secured within your order. This is because we carefully selected our professional print partner not only due to the on-point printing they produce, yet also because of their superb quality assurance. The route of your prints is well documented on this paperwork.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns although may accept exchanges, depending on circumstances for products in the print shop. If you have specific questions or inquiries about your order before it's been placed, please email andrea@andreacapanoco.com
